Heating... Bungalow... Lots going on

    Hey there,

recently moved into a decent sized bungalow. As it stand we have
Gas bolier - Valliant and from that it heats maybe 12 rads across 10 rooms/hallways. This is all off an old school physical timer. No thermostats.

There is also underfloor heating throughout the house and a manual valve to let you heat the hot water.

This is all one big zone. You turn on heating and everything turns on. I'd like some more control over this.

The underfloor heating has 13 connections in and out of the manifold but I have no idea how/where these relate to. No map at all.

Any advice on how I could go about figuring out if it's possible to combine all of this and control the system. As in decide when to heat rooms/zones if possible.

I'd even settle for the underfloor coming on whenever the heating is on but being able to control the rads independently.

Looking around would the Honeywell Evohome be the best option. Would there be others?

Thanks and apologies if this post is a tad confusing... Can post photos if people need em.
