Coach parking zone outside hours shown

I'm staying with a friend a short while and the only street parking nearby bar one or two odd spots (always taken) is two big coach zones outside. They say no parking except coaches, 7am - 7pm. Just to double check, it's ok to park a private vehicle there outside those hours?

I looked at Dublin parking site but it doesn't explicitly say its ok or not outside hours shown.

I found a similar thread about loading bays saying yes but not sure if it's the same for coach parking spots.

    Cheers.

    To summarise.

    NO PARKING, EXCEPT COACHES
    During these times.

So... no parking, unless you're a bus, and if you are a bus, then you can park here, but only between 0700 & 1900 hrs

Op... do you drive a bus

    :p

I don't think it's a car parking space. Have you seen any cars parked there overnight.
If cars park there, then I'd chance it, but if no-one parks there... neither would i.

And I have abandoned plenty of cars in my time in various places :D

I get you. It seems obvious.

But like the wording for loading bays is very similar, and the ruling there is... it's a loading bay during those hours, and outside those hours, it's not. So you can park as long as you want, and without a commercial disk. I appreciate it could be different for this situation though.

And fwiw yeah I'd seen other cars there, not overnight though so yeah!

Anyway moot point as I'm moving on tonight, fingers crossed.

    Thanks anyway

    It's a coach parking area between 7am and 7pm

You can park there after 7pm but you need to move your car before 7am .

Outside the hours it reverts to normal parking.
