    Hi,

I'm having no end of problems with my Vodafone at home service.

I'm trying to contact them through the "Speak to " section but the tab is missing.
I've checked it with Eir, Virgin Etc and they all have it.
Anyone know what the story is.

    Thanks

    Jay

    Hi,

That's what I'm getting as well, but how do you open a thread /post a comment ?

Other Talk to services are like this
    https://www.boards.ie/ttforum/1367

The Ask a question is missing on Vodafone site.
    Any ideas,

    Thanks
    Jay

The Chat function seems to be still available as part of the android Vodafone app.

It says that the forum is closed...whether permanently or just for Christmas and hasn't been reopened today I don't know

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.
It seems that they have just shut it down but left no way of having problems resolved or any way of being able to contact them.... Very bad form.....

They have their own forum so probably have decided to no longer pay for this one

Someone has asked for an answer here, maybe keep an eye on that for an official response from boards.

    Hey guys,
I have just responded to the query in Help Desk there, the Vodafone forum was closed temporarily over the Christmas break but is back open for queries now.

Happy new year to you all :)
