about 2 weeks before xmas a little kitten decided she was coming to stay

very wild and wary but my daughter worked her magic and she is now coming to her name I say her for now have been wrong before

for now her name is poppy which can be changed easy enough to bobby if needed

but what has amazed me is tom our big ould bully of a tomcat has decided he wants to adopt her

I have observed him cleaning her and gently scolding her

they sleep together at night in the garage in the same bed all cuddled up together

animal nature never ceases to amaze me even at my age

id say she is maybe 10/12 weeks old when will I need to have the snip done

ps before dbb gets her claws on this its the snip for the cat not myself

Earlier is generally better but 4 months if possible with your vet; it's a bit dependent on size & state overall. If possible get her to a vet to start deworming process (99% of all cats we got coming through from the street has at least one worm/parasite to be knocked out before operation).

    thanks for reply nody

as she is calming down a bit I think worming should be easy enough in the near future

Another little cat safely adopted! :)
LOVELY that your Tom has taken so nicely to her/him - thats great.
If you want to get her started BROADLINE or ADVOCATE are spot-on anti-flea/worm combo's that are handy for not quite tame cats. I know they're not for 100% of worms, but still good for a start.
