I believe you can be a member and train with 2 clubs but only race for one. We've a good few members who are actually I've in 2 clubs

You can only join one club through TI.
AFAIK you can 'join' as many as you like, but the one you are affiliated with via TI is the one your national series points etc go to.

I join one through TI and have stayed a member of another by paying them directly for associate membership.
