Boiler dead!

    My 25-year-old BAXI is finally dead, well the pump is dead so it looks like its time to just cut my losses.

    At the moment, there's 7 rooms in the house, but only 3 radiators at the moment, need to get 4 more rads fitted at some point.

    I really trust the Baxi engineer, he's been great, but I'll have to get a few quotes.

    Basically, the most important thing is that we have hot water, as we have no immersion or electric shower.

    What do I need to be asking and what can I expect.

    First thing I’d be asking is “can I get a different boiler than a Baxi”
    There’s far better boilers o the market. Ariston do a 12 year warranty boiler now. Great boiler and worth a look at
