Hikvision sales?

    Hi,

    I'm looking to get an 8ch Hikvision setup for home. Initially four cameras but will add more later.
    I was wondering if anyone knew of any deals on for that setup?
    Looking at maybe the Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2/8P nvr and x4 dome cameras that I'll install into the soffits.

    Different suppliers would have different promotion deals at different times. Shop around.

    Amazon is also pretty decent for Hikvision. I tried to buy three ip cameras from a local supplier in Galway. Three times the price of amazon. He just didn't want to sell them without the installation contract.

    I apologize for the thread bump. Who sells hikvision cameras in this country at a competitive price vs the Internet ? I'd prefer to give the business to someone here even if its a small bit extra . Just looking for a specific set of stuff and I'll install myself.

    Yes, in Dublin. Thanks for that - neither of them seem to have a webshop which I was really hoping for. So its ring them with a bill of materials and get a quote ?

    Most good suppliers would not have trade prices etc listed online.

    not sure what that means .... I'm not looking for trade prices, "here is some money you give me a camera" is the kind of thing I had in mind to be honest.

    OK maybe I'm not explaining myself properly. Heres Komplett https://www.komplett.ie/network/security-cameras/ - its an irish site with Irish prices and they'll deliver to the door.

    where's someone who does the same for Hikvision ? If there isn't one thats probably decent info too and I'll try a UK site but does no-one want to sell me stuff ?

    There are sellers here but you do have to look for them. I rang a Hikvision seller in Galway and he wanted double the price that I could get online. He really didn't want to sell them to me as he asked did i know how to install them, so I just went online without any bs.
