    Hi,
I have a wireless home security system.

The external bell losses communication with the panel pad on a regular basis.
    Why does this happen.
    Log says.....Poor Reception....??

Bell is placed well within a 15 meter range.

First thing I'd try is replace the bell unit.
Is all other wireless devices operating OK?
Has this problem only started? How long is this system installed?

Sounds like something blocking the signal.
This use to happen with the older Visonic gear a lot.
