    Hi all,

    Looking for some help please.

I recently found an old watch of mine in a drawer , it's in the order of 25-30 years old. Picture attached.

However for the life of my I can't work out (or remember) how to adjust the time!

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated

    Thanks in advance.

    * Mods, feel free to move this to a more appropriate location if this isn't the right place.

Would be useful if you could take a photo where thethe writing on the dial was legible. Also of the case back and sides (to see how many pushers)

    Is the watch running?

    .

That looks like an 8M32 quartz movement. Made in various guises like football timers, generally themed pieces.

Just Google Seiko 8M32 and find which one is yours.

Not sure how I ended up in here, but if youve no luck here try reddit. Also, if you move the camera back and allow it to focus, it may be easier to identify

If it's quartz it might just need a new battery to work, local jeweller should have one and put it in for 5-10 yoyo.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
