Here's an unusual question for you to answer.

    Netgear N300
    Netopia 2247
    Zyxel 1000
    Belkin 600

All these routers constantly reset when connected to my old phone. I kept screaming at the routers and cursing eir/vodafone but now that I've disconnected the s7, the connection is stable on all routers. What could be causing this?

Any weird software running on phone? Something ip related. Back up phone and reset to factory settings.

Nope. Reset and it still does it. Oh well it's the bin for it. Note 3, 4, FE (7) and 8 all work perfectly.

Resyncing constantly. The router(s) would keep restarting in a loop. Sometimes it would stay on 15 minutes max then resynch. I’ve read other stories on Android forums today it’s a very rare issue but only reported on the s7/s7 edge models.

Also it did it on a Linksys WRT54GS (friends)

If you're bothered, Wireshark and a pot of coffee.

Got rid off it. The phone was missing the glass back (cracked it and kept getting glass in my fingers tips so removed it) thinking back it started around that time so I assume that was maybe the cause of it.
