Ok i couldn't think of better headline so that's all I could say.

Imagine you're on a train or bus and a friend sends your a video of 2 girls 1 cup or a video that is of a pornographic nature.

You are watching this and person/kid beside you sees this and has a caniption etc.

What law if any is broken?

Can a person look over your shoulder at what your watching and be offended by it making you the person of blame?

If it's a child does it make a difference in relation to law.

What kind of outcomes can happen?

It's sexual assault. Gravely serious if a child was the victim.

A guy got done for a kid seeing him through his window when he was naked in his own home.

I'm not a lawyer or qualified to give legal advice, this is just my opinion. The anecdote is true and was in the news.

    In the UK
Police were called 26 times in 2016 after passengers were spotted watching x-rated material on their smartphones and laptops, leading to six arrests.

And those caught could potentially face prosecution under railway by-laws or Section 5 of the Public Order Act.

As the disturbing trend continues to grow, British Transport Police have urged people to report any perpetrators.
