Audi A4 2006 / iPhone7

I have a Audi A4 Cabriolet (B7) 2006 with the Concert II radio (single CD & not the II+ version), what way would you recommend to connect an iPhone7 for playing music via spotify etc.?

If its possible I'd prefer to connect by bluetooth instead of aux cable, I don't really want a hands free phone call system though, just a way to play music from the phone.

I've googled this and it looks like there are a few systems that will add an Aux In cable, SD cards, USB ports etc. but they have the older 30pin iPhone/iPod connection and I'd need the smaller newer lightning connection.

Maybe it would be easier / better to replace the head unit with a new Sony that has Bluetooth etc. built in?

Also any reccomendations for anyone near Dublin 8 that could install?

Aiming to budget up to €200.

All advice much appreciated - Thanks
