Movies that can't have a sequel game

Let's play a game.

Someone says a movie that they think couldn't possibly have a sequel and then the next person tries to create one some how.

Only rule is it can't be "too" outlandish just to fit the fact it's a sequel and must bare some resemblance to the first but still have fun with it.

Bonus points if the title is clever

Movies directly connected to the original by either director, cast, film studio etc

We could always try a prequel but they usually end in tears.

The tale begins as all (including parents) arrive in China on BigHeads extremely expernsive top of the range airplane for a pre-Op luxurious relaxing getaway.

Meanwhile, happy go lucky JeteLi DonYen works a part time job on the boat while studying to be one of the few doctors who can actually perform the life saving operation. Elsa will fall in love with him and "Let it go"

Anyway.. JeteLi DonYen does the operation but eventually gets taken away for not paying off his student debts or disobeying the state or something
