I love hoisin sauce especially with duck and pancakes. Can anyone recommend a good bottled hoisin sauce? Also which supermarkets stock frozen pancakes??

For all things Asian, I’d usually start with the Asia Market on Drury Street. Yeo’s brand sauces are good and there should be frozen pancakes in the freezer

They have them in the Oriental Emporium in Rathmines too

I love the Lee Kum Kee Sweet Hoi Sin Sauce-comes in a squeezy bottle. Picked it up in the Asia Market. Tastes so much nicer than the hoi sin packets you get with the aromatic ducks
