Moved abroad cannot change address in my account

    I have tried to change my address in the account as I moved abroad permanently. 
    Unfortunately the system does not accept the new format of the address.
    Moreover, I will not be able to deposit the check from here. I was wondering if you could pay back on the same bank account they were debited. I can provide you with IBAN and BIC.

    Thanks for your query.

    If you wish to remove your old billing address from your account, you will need to contact our Billing Department on 1850 448 448 or our international number +353 1 707 2828. Our lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:30pm.

    Cheques can be lodged in any bank account although the clearance cycle may vary from institution to institution.
