    Hi All,

I have a HKC Securcomm alarm system and I want to add a wireless carbon monoxide detector.

Do I need to use the installer to do this and add the item or can I do this myself? I have the engineers code.

Also, do you have to use a HKC sensor or can they communicate with other smoke/carbon alarms with RF?

    Thanks

    :)

For wireless you have to use the HKC devices.
Once you have the engineer code you can enroll devices your self.
In Engineer goto Devices Menu > RF Devices Menu.

    Cheers Koolkid :)

Would you recommend any online suppliers?

Its liberating having an alarm system that does what I need....... Unlike Phonewatch.
