Amazon Basket Price Changes

I would regularily stick things in my basket in amazon, not to buy now, but just to keep an eye on that i might buy in the future

so when you log in to amazon then it will give you items in your basket which have changed price, it's very handy.

but once you click out of that page, the information will never appear again untill another price change comes along.

if it is just one price change you might remember, but there could be 10+ depending on whats in the basket.

is there anywhere in amazon that you can retrospectively view these messages they have given you

You can use this site to track products price history. Its not always correct if the price changes happen close together.

To answer your question, no I'm not aware of a way to see the price change notification again. You could take a screenshot, or just leave that tab open to use later on.

Thanks for the answer to what I asked and a sensible explanation to the silly answers above

yes, I have gotten "lightening deals" or similar and they have not appeared on CCC so the lowest price for the past year is incorrect. I expect they check automatically once or twice a day, they could probably increase this if they were bothered. Some might pay a fee if price is an issue for CCC.

    CCC track millions of products.

If they were to track more than a few times a day Amazon would not be very happy with them at all. There's decorum when it comes to site scraping.
