    hi all,
just a quick question . Do any recycling companies let you hold  to the wheels of the car that you submit for re-cycle or are there any that  will collect from the house and I could remove them before putting it on a flatbed ?.

Find put what would be collecting it, last car we scrapped he collected it in a lorry with a lift on it and just picked the car up by the roof

I’d say they won’t care, once the car will roll. They pay by weight for scrappage.

Pick up four cheap steel wheels and swop them out.

Hi Brendan, got a shell (remains of a 9-5 I used for parts) lifted from the drive without any wheels. The guy just dragged it on the ground up the ramp.

yeah I'd say it shouldn't be too much of a problem, they have to drag all manner of wrecks onto recoveries after all. (get a cert of destruction)

Shouldn't be a problem but ring and let them know beforehand in case they need to bring another truck or summat
