Broadband not activated 60 hours after installation

    Had modem installed at 9am on Thursday, installer said it would take an hour to activate. Nearly 60 hours later, I still have no broadband. When I rang on Thursday and Friday, was told nobody knew what the delay was and "give it another couple of hours"...
    Can't get through to anyone today. What's going on?
