Overpaid pension related deduction refund

Hi, I received a letter stating that St John of Gods overpaid my pension refund by €568.51 in 2012. Is there a limit on time they have to reclaim this money?! We as taxpayers can only reclaim tax for the last 3 years!! I do not work for John of God's and am emigrating on the 31st of December.
