Trying to close my account

    I have been trying to get through to someone at your call centre for the last hour to cancel my account. I am within the 14 day cooling off period. The menu keeps sending me around in circles. When I manage to get to the point where it says that I will be transferred to an operator it says the call centre is closed and is open until 8pm?? Its only 6.20 and I've been ringing since 5.15. I would like to cancel the account today.

    Sorry to hear you're looking to cancel your account. I'm afraid you need to get through to our cancellations department over the phone for this on 1901. Did you get through in the end last night?
