Our neighbour has lodged an application with the Land Registry to have their 'right of way' made official. Their site sits at the end of a private road/lane and their 'right of way' passes my site about the half way down the lane from a main road. Do I need to register my 'right of way' to the main road or is the ROI applicable to the other land owers in the lane.

    thanks in advance!

As I understand it, rights of way are on the person not on the way. It's not transferable to you. Your own right of way may be registered independently. For this you need independent legal advice, not comments from boards.
