Languages graduate with bleak employment prospects

In advance, apologies for the long winded post. To anyone who can impart some sound words of advice, I truly appreciate it.

I'm two years out of uni and still have no luck finding a job related to my degree. I did Humanities and Languages and I got a 2.1. When I left uni I understood the job market was limited but now, two years+ later, I find myself again looking for a job related to what I did for four years at undergrad.

I've been in minimum wage jobs since uni and tried living abroad for a while but couldn't stand it. I guess I have lost a huge amount of confidence. I have applied for literally hundreds of jobs and every time I'm close to landing one the rug is just swept from underneath me at the last minute.

My question to anyone reading this is what company would hire me? I would love to work in the public sector but know that getting a job there is like finding a needle in a haystack. I can't afford a masters yet so I'm stuck look for something, anything that pays a semi-decent wage.

    Thanks

    Have you ever worked?
If not, a callcentre job that requires a language is the obvious solution.
Once you have a job, you'll have a source of income that would allow you to pursue further education.

There is lots of big companies who are often looking for people who speak multiple languages, now some require industry specific training, which these companies sometimes provide.

In Limerick cook medical are forever advertising for French and Spanish speakers. You also have uber in Limerick too.
