    Commercial Yard of Small landscaping ceased trading since 2015. Early in 2016 the council were out and inspected site No Rates charged since. On the 9th March, 2017 contacted one of your reps to query bill which appeared out of the blue  They emailed the data team with the relevant information. heard nothing for months. Issued with the new bill last week over €1200. Please advise how to close this account.
