Amazon, Item received but money returned

    Hi. Last week I purchased 3 items on Amazon which were paid for and dispatched in 2 transactions. Both were paid for using my PayPal which has my debit card linked to it. Both arrived over the weekend but today I noticed that of the 2 transactions which showed as pending on my bank account, 1 has gone through while the other which amounted to about €57 has been returned to my account. I presume they will try to take this again, but how long should it take for this to happen?

    I'm not sure if this is relevant or not but all of the items were sold and dispatched by Amazon.

    happened myself too, paid direct by debit card - exact amount returned to me and product received

    are they able to debit the money again without auth?

    One of my orders was refunded last week, same day the package arrived actually. A few days later it came out again. Lost about 30 cent in foreign exchange differences.

    Amazon transactions are a bloody pain in the neck this month. Orders split up into different quantities, money coming in and out of accounts. Both myself and my husband put through two large orders of presents. About 9 different transactions and 14 days later it looks to have finally balanced itself out. Totally infuriating.

    This money is gone from my account again today and showing as a completed transaction on my online statement.

    Part of my order never arrived, it had no tracking number with it either and the carrier was simply listed as 'DP' (presumably Deutsche Poste). They wanted to send me another one and charge me for it, I told them if I wanted that I would have simply ordered another.
    At any rate I have a refund now and have to refuse delivery of the item should it turn up. What a mess...

    Happened to me to. Order arrived within a few days. Transaction pending for about a week then disappeared. Probably 2 weeks later charge went through
