Coolant expansion tank. Bmw e60.

    Hi,

    I need to replace the Coolant expansion tank on my 2006 bmw 523i with N52 engine. Petrol, automatic. 6 pot.

    Can anyone recommend an expansion tank, are some better than others etc ?

    I have a Meyle tank in my e46. Replaced about 2 years ago and no issues. *touch wood!

    Thanks. So presume Meyler is not the oem brand. How much was your one ?

    Meyle is the OEM brand for the E46s to the best of my knowledge. Not sure about yours though. I had the tank in my E46 replaced in June and parts were about €70 (although that was done in the UK).
