    Could be a dealer wanting to sell it off the books with no warranty. If seller photo Id don't match logbook that's normally the case. I've yet to see Revenue site being wrong.

    If you google the seller's number it will show that he has had other cars for sale including a Yaris and A8 so this and the fact the car was sold to a dealer back in September means he is lying to you about owning the car for 6 years and is a wheeler dealer. I have no problem with fellas selling cars on the side but when they blatantly lie about it that does make you wonder what else would he lie to you about with regards the car he is selling? For that alone I would move onto another car.
