Thermostat - Some rooms not working

Hi All, Have the below wirsbo thermostat in my apartment. It works in bedrooms but not the sitting room / hallway. When turned up in the bedroom you hear the 'click' indicating heating has gone on but nothing from the non-working area thermostats. Any ideas? Thanks
