Virgin media throttling

Engineer recently told me the reason I have issues with elder scrolls online is because it's too much data for the hub 3 and I get slowed down. making the game unplayable,
I check my usage for a month
269gb
Which isn't an awful lot but still I get penalised.
The engineer also said upc would just push your our downloads unlike virgin media..
And there's nothing that can be done on virgin media end,
So much for unlimited allowance,
I play on Ps4 wired connection btw

Anyway long story and sorry about punctuation. I'm on my phone.
Could anyone recommend a fibre Internet company that doesn't throttle as much as virgin.
Even if it's 100mbs once I'm not been throttled or slowed down constantly.
I can get siro sky Vodafone digiweb but they wire it arse ways , plenty of options but sales give the spiel that it's unlimited even thou we all kno.

Any help woukd be brilliant as I have alot of time invested into this mmo.

The field tech sounds like he may be making excuses. You usage is like 10% of mine, no real problems.

Whats the precise issue you're seeing.

The issue is mainly to do with combat in game ,
With upc i was a very well established dueller when i used an abiliy it worked straight away ,
Since getting hub 3 from virgin media, the same abilitys take a second to become active ,

Hard to explain but its combat against other players not rubber banding but more like input lag ,
Ive got a low input lag bravia , wired connection wired controller,
Engineer said upc would push downloads but virgin media dont,
I have read virgin media usage policy about been penalized for going over threshold but i never have gone over it to be penalized ,

Virgin and UPC are identical in everything but name. He's talking crap.


It may be DSLite related, changing to the hub3 would enable it on your account. Have their reps turn it off.
