I tend to drink a lot of tea particulary in the evening time as Im a thirsty kind of person particularly after exercise etc. No there is nothing wrong with me, I just like to drink a lot of liquid

I would like to get away from the caffeine in the tea so I would rather replace with something a bit better than decaffinated tea or simply hot water

Anyone got any homemade recipes for ginger lemon and honey teas ?

I like rooibus/redbush tea. I get it in Lidl. Aldi do a decaffeinated green tea. Like you a drink a lot of tea during the day but like to avoid too much caffeine.
I make honey and lemon tea by adding a teaspoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon to a mug of almost boiling water. You could add a small piece of fresh ginger to it
