Mobile Bill Pay Question re new account

    My wife is looking to get a sim-only bill pay contract on Eir and has a question.

    Her passport is still in her maiden name, but she uses her married name on everything else.
    Is this an issue when opening the account?

    Hi Dord,

    Thanks for getting in touch. If your wife's passport has her maiden name on it, she will need to use her maiden name to open the account.
