    Hi everyone,
    I am just wondering does anyone have any good recommendations for a good fitness/exercise books. There are so many out there it's hard to choose. I want a good book that's written in simple English that covers everything from Strength training to Cardio to specific exercises that target certain areas. I realise you can't spot reduce. Say certain exercises for leg day or exercises for chest Shoulders & back. I am 33 yr old female that's 5 feet. I don't have a lot of weight o lose maybe 10 lbs. I want exercise to become part of my lifestyle & not a quick fix. So I am interested in learning as much as I can about it. Also good recommendations in nutrition would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys..
