Hi -

Our house is quite old (~1930’s) - because the surrouning outdoor areas were originally a commonage, the layout of services is a bit irregular. We have a stopcock for the water supply in our back garden. As it is right up to our back wall where we are building an extension it will need to be relocated. Who carries out the work in moving this stopcock which is withon the boundary of our property? Can this work be carried out by a registered installer hired by is to carry out the work?
