Water refund

    Hi

    Quick query. I paid part of a water bill for my rented apartment when it was unoccupied. This is not showing up on my refund (which is based on my home property). Is there anyway to get this added? It was only a minor amount.

    Was the rented property account under your name?

    If you can provide the following information, we can follow up:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Account numer; and
    - WPRN.
