    Hi All,

When looking at a Receiver sale what are the best routes to find out the info below prior to a purchase:

    Planning Permission?
Boundaries, Right Of Way And Easements?
Is this simply just going to the CoCo planning office and requesting documents? what info do I need?

Notices Served? (Service charges, NPPR charges, household charges, LPT)
Not sure where to go for finding this out?

    Title To Property?
I am thinking the solicitor would verify this prior to signing contracts but is there any way to verify this at the outset?

    Anything that could cause issues?

    Cheers!
