I slipped at work and hot the back of my head hurt my knee and wrist

    Im a security guard working In a topaz garage and today I slipped on a big puddle of tea now I don't no how long it was there but there hardly anyone In the shop at that time I slipped upside down and hurt my neck back of head knee and wrist there was no slip signs only the shift manager seen me helped me back up and still after 10 minutes I advised him to clean it in case it happened to someone else another 10 minutes went by I offered to clean it my self I'm getting checked tomorrow by the doctor as I'm still in pain anyone got any advice for me on what to do
