Heres problem, Deeds have had different people on it at different times. So I can get accurate advice from a tax advisor am looking for history of when exactly house was bought, how much it was bought for, when it changed hands, how much it changed for.

Is that information all in one or many places?

I could take a close guess at figures and dates but obviously better if had exact. Lost paperwork over the years.
