If my company (sports and social club within a company so to speak) runs a charity raffle with prizes donated by departments and or third parties, proceeds given to charity is there a taxable benefit to the employee on the prize?

As long as it's a legit raffle with reasonable prizes i.e. Not a car then your ok.

Is there anything to suggest this in the regs?

Like there could be holiday vouchers worth several hundreds, iPhones etc?
