    Hi All,

I am applying for a tender in France and one of the conditions is to have a statement from the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (France)

This is in relation to their Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computers, files and liberties amended by Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 200. It is around data protection.

Does anybody here have experience of this ?
