efficiency of electric heaters

Sorry if this is silly question but I do not know much about heaters.

We have only stove heating in our house and it's not strong enough and the house is often cold. There is no other heating. Stove heats the radiators but we do feel like we want the house to be warmer. The radiators barely get hot, only warm.

We use electric heaters as top up. Our electricity bill is usually not that high but I still don't want to waste money.

We have one of those cheap heaters from Lidl that just gives warm air and than oil radiator (electric).

I was thinking about getting ''ATC Lifestyle Thermal Electric Radiator 1000W''

Would that save me money compared to those cheap electric heaters? Not sure if electric heaters have efficiency too like other appliances and you get more heat with less energy consumption?

The house is 3 stories but narrow, and open plan so if we have electric heater the heat travels from the livingroom up to other rooms.

    Thanks
