Yoga in Drogheda

Hi folks, I'm considering starting yoga in the new year. I'm a bit unfit and have a knee issue that i'm told would benefit from yoga. Does anyone have any experience of yoga in Drogheda for a complete beginner (late 40s!)? Thanks!

Maybe give Samadhi a go? They are in Mayoralty street - they seem to cater for all fitness levels.
