    Currys' UK website only accepts payments from cards registered to a UK address. Is this permissible under EU Common Market legislation?

    I suspect there is a provision allowing vendors to protect themselves from fraud, hence it is harder for foreign nationals to get bill-pay phones than current residents.

    I thought their UK website was only for deliveries in the UK anyway. Hence the restriction.
