hi,

I'm currently renting a room in a 3 bedroom house in Kingswood. House is a 6 minute walk from the luas stop. Landlord is happy to keep 1 room vacant so that means that it is just me and another person will have the rest of the house to share.

Landlord is a very decent guy and pays all the bills. Rent is only €540 a month.
