Quick question....when someone is claiming casual jobseekers (x and os ) and working part time , do they need to pay tax on that part time work. I presume they arent earning much if they are allowed jobseekers as well ??? Do they need to pay tax on 80 -100 euro a week ?

Do you get a payslip? What tax do you pay?? (Tax, PRSI or USC?)

You have to inform the tax office if your also getting a SW payment as well as wages.
You probably still won’t fall into a tax bracket but inform them anyway.

You are still entitled to a payslip. And receive stamps on your employment.
