    This cropping up again. Expectations set suitable low. Despite it seeming like a no-brainer to have an IKEA in the south, it's never happened. Carrigtwohill would potentially be a great location but as the current road network stands, it would be an idiotic site to give planning permission to. As if the N25 wasn't busy enough already.

    Can see this being rejected/ delayed until after Dunkettle is upgraded otherwise it will cause mighty tailbacks, no?

    Not the Amgen site. The proposed site is west of Cobh Cross. Nothing will happen until Dunkettle is upgraded.
