Maybe something like a nice picture frame with a picture of mammy and baby together.

Or a nice book and bath set with a voucher to give Mam the night off and Dad on babysitting duties all night.

A hairdryer makes a wonderful gift

Picture frame came to my mind after posting trying to get it done without mummy finding out

A Spa day (or a similar “day off” present)...sure mum would appreciate the break

Best present you can possibly give. Afternoon tea, spa day anything that gives her time out.

Newbridge Xmas tree decorations. My boys have gotten their Mam one every year since they were babies. The first one was a silver pram. Toy blocks the following year. A nice tradition to start.
Tipperary Crystal do a version too

PS- a spa day is always welcome

Nice necklace? You could get something with the child's birthstone, which for September is sapphire, or there are 'mother and child' style pieces too.

Something like this style? Or this one is similar. This one then is a different style.

Congratulations on the new baby :)
