What's the craic with Bill Johnston? Perma-crocked?

At U20 level he looked very good.

Johnston and Fitzgerald look good in munster don't know about the other two, know nothing about Ulster lads, carty will probably make it at connacht not sure on codyre. Big hype around young Byrne too haven't seen him myself though. Is frawley playing ten in Leinster?

No Frawley seems to be viewed as a 12 by Leinster.

Taylor is just out of school and has been very impressive for UCC by all accounts.

Tynan has a huge reputation after a stellar season last year for Young Munster.

Tynan has played on the wing a bit?

All 3 at Ulster have good potential.  Seen bits of McPhillips and Lowry, both look good.  Haven't seen Curtis play but there are a few youtube videos of him, but difficult to make judgement on that.
