Hi,

I have recently left my job and wanted to make a claim for Jobseeker's Benefit.

On the claim form, I need to include how much rent I pay and I need to attached evidence of rent slips etc. We currently pay our rent cash in hand to our landlord and I don't want to draw unwanted attention to them.

I am concerned as to how to answer this question without lying but at the same time, don't want to invoke any trouble for the person we are renting from.

Any advice would be very welcome.
