it does work alright, modem is in the living room and have one in my bedroom and in the converted attic room. both full bars! The attic one doesn't have full speed as it would down stairs, but still around 50MBs download. Full connection though which is great. Sometimes though you will notice your phone disconnect and reconnect as it changes between the boxes I noticed, could just be my phone though :)

I have one I got it when I got Sky Q Installed the engineer put it in my sons room as the WiFi signal was weak and it needed to be boosted in order for him to use the second Sky Q modem in his room. If your being offered it for free give it a go my sons boster did the job.

Thanks for reply. Yeah I live in one storey town house (not a huge place btw) my WiFi keeps dropping everywhere beyond living room since sign up with sky, been through whole process including engineer coming out and to no avail, until this eve I made contact about cancelling and switching to eir and the rep suggested I get engineer out to see where black spots are and install the booster box..
And also, your lucky you have 50mb, I only get 20 max even though where I lived a mile up the road I used to get 50+.. Lol..

Great feedback, tks. Might take them up in offer so, even though I told them I would change to eir.. Tail between me legs tomorrow phoning them back hahaha..
