Sky broadband 1 month later still not active

    Anyone else have problems with sky broadband
    Got an email stating the following

    Your Sky Broadband will be activated on 25/10/2017

    This has come to a head today as virgin media broadband has no been disconnected. Speaking to customer service was a waste of time. The said the date changed for activation to the 6th of December but could not tell me why.


    Complete joke.

    Line has been active since the 25.
    Don't see how the storm played any part.
    Sky are not using it as an excuse they just don't know what the delay is or at least they are not telling me.
